Liesbet runs on an empty stomach on a treadmill, a hamster wheel of her thoughts. She struggles to maintain her balance, stumbling over her past. Hol is a brilliant new piece by well-known writer and theater practitioner, Nicola Hanekom
Hol is a multi-award winning production, having scooped the highest accolade at the Grahamstown National Arts Festival in South Africa, the Gold Ovation Award; and numerous awards at the prestigious Fleur de Cap national theatre awards.
The performance is played in Dutch and Afrikaans. For non-Dutch/Afrikaans speakers a synopsis will be available in English.
